Planning for the Future at the 2024 CSA Board Retreat

A vision for the future. Strategic planning. These are two very fundamental responsibilities of a nonprofit board of directors. And at CSA, our board takes these, and all its roles, very seriously.

On Saturday, February 24th, CSA’s board of directors held an all-day retreat to discuss our mission, vision and values, and to shape the start of a strategic framework for the future. The retreat was facilitated by our colleagues at BVU, and the expertise of its President & CEO, Elizabeth Voudouris.

It was a very productive day and resulted in the start of something great! More work remains, but we believe CSA is well prepared to move into the future with the same level of confidence, creativity and compassion as we’ve operated with throughout our near-18 year history.
