CSA is pleased to welcome its two newest members of the Board of Directors – Bryan Schopmeyer and Allison Morford.

Bryan Schopmeyer was Director of Manufacturing Support at Swagelok Company, where he led the organization’s tooling operations, corporate facilities, and reliability excellence functions. He joined Swagelok from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he held multiple operational leadership roles, primarily in the areas of supply chain management and manufacturing. Prior to joining Goodyear, Bryan had extensive experience in supply chain and operational and corporate strategy in the food and beverage and consulting industries. He earned a BS in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is an advisory board member for the Supply Chain & Operations Management program at the University of Akron, through which he is passionate about applying his business background to assist students with their educational and career development.

Allison Morford is currently the Individual Giving Director for City Year Cleveland and also has experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, marketing, and event planning. Prior to her current role, Allison worked as the Development Manager at the West Side Catholic Center where she managed the volunteer and in-kind donations programs. She is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Metanoia Project and is passionate about the mission to serve Cleveland’s shelter-resistant homeless. Allison also has a very solid background in nonprofit fund development, social media and marketing, and marketing communications.

Please join us in welcoming Bryan and Allison to their leadership roles with the CSA Board of Directors!
